The Executive Board had the pleasure of attending Carlson Leadership Academy in Atlanta, GA. We enjoyed the leadership development training and officer training from our great facilitators. Our Executive Board connected with other brothers from the southeast and shared experiences about the commonalities we have as brothers of Sig Ep. The members of exec who attended are as followed:
President- Andres Salas
VP of Internal Programming- Joey Ianno
VP of External Programming- Tom Tantillo
VP of Communications- Mike Reynolds
VP of Finance- Nick Schaler
VP of Recruitment- Will Proctor
VP of Member Development- Nick Amaro
VP of Housing- Justin Kren
Chaplain- Wyatt Walther
While at the conference, each member of the Executive Board learned about new leadership techniques regarding his specific position. Talking to other chapters and receiving thoughtful insight from alumni and headquarters staff will enable Executive Board to grow the Florida Epsilon chapter. Each Executive Board member received instruction while in specialized officer training, depending on the position. The learning experience was incredibly thorough.
At the closing banquet dinner on Saturday evening, Chris Graham, the director of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life here at Florida State University, was awarded the University Partner of the Year award for his countless hours and commitment to working with our chapter. The brothers of Florida Epsilon congratulate Chris on his award and thank him for being a phenomenal chapter advisor.
