The impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the Florida State campus has forced students to be sent home and continue their classes remotely. Unfortunately, brothers are not able to be in Tallahassee to observe the progress of the house being built until the anticipated return in the Fall. With that being said, there seems to be no slowing down with work by Mad Dog Construction. As of March 29, 2020, the parking garage has been completed, the first and second story have their structure complete and windows have been added to the upstairs. The roof has been laid down and it seems that the progress is on schedule. The addition of the columns by the front door add a traditional touch to the house, differing from the house we are currently in. The brothers of Florida Epsilon are excited for the fall to move into the new house and start the new year off on the right foot.
